Bees and butterflies

guess what? found yet another challange its using penny black stamps my favorites especially the frogs!!!, but this challenge is bees and butterflies so here they are as part of my Spring/Easter stash!

the stamp is penny black colored with chalks and the ovals are spellbinder nestabilities and the butterflies are a little punch I have. the bacground paper is from a stack i have. I hve a clear happy easter not sure whose.

Tuesday morning sketch 39

I found another challenge blog so this is my entry for both Tuesday morning sketches and Stampin royalty. The stamp is a Penny Black painted with twinkling h2o’s and the edge is a Martha Stewart punch, the clear/yellow dots are birds nest. the background paper is from a stack titled ” me and my big ideas” . the flower is a little punch. a lot of little goodies for a cute Easter card.

mojo 132 egg

Another square challenge, the egg design is penny black ‘Easter egg too’ painted with twinkling H2’Os on the stamp then stamped, the card was dcwv already embossed and I cut a circle with spellbinders and the rectangle with a cutter, tied with a ribbon. a simple and different Easter card.

Get well Steve

Steve just had surgery and since he’s a brewer, (his hobby is brewing beer). I choose to emboss a frothy mug . The foam was filled in using flower soft! The stamps as well as the green background papers are Stampin’ up, the foam is flower soft, the scallop circle is cut with a spell binder die. the background paper is as well as the scallop are Stampin’ up papers.

Royal Easter

Yea!, I get to play with my glitter stack I’ve had for months . Joann’s had a sale and I bought this glitter stack from DCWV and today the Stampin royalty challenge is to use glitter… ow… so messy , but the stack is perfect, use the glitter paper and no mess . The flowers and the vase are punched form the glitter paper. The butterflies are Martha Stewart punch and I don’t know about the vase. the flowers are stamped from Gina K designs spring florals as well as the blessing.

For the beginning of spring thought I’d do a bunny and i\this is a get well card for Ellen. The stamp is Stampin up the cuts are spellbinder, and there are the usual ribbon and background papers. happy spring!

st pats 5

I made too many St Patrick’s day cards but I really liked this one so I’m posting it today. The shamrock is printworks, the sentiment is printed, the scallop around the sentiment is spellbinder, and the edge is fiscars.

Stampin royality st pats

Its Wednesday and Stampin royalty challenge is the design below my card and I wanted to do a St Patrick’s day card but I must have done too many… this one is barely green and made with scraps from my last challenge…. see previous card. The scallop is cut with spellbinder, the shamrock is punched hearts and the sentiment is Stampin up.

These mojo layouts get harder each week. I wanted to use this Stampin’ up set ‘country morning’ and the chicken wire is from aSunday international stamp set. The two background designs are my minds eye complete boy stack. The circles were cut with spellbinders.
