first day…

My previous card for Less is More had a little too much to be a less, so this is a bit lesser(layers wise).. The challenge this week make a Christmas card in non traditional Christmas colors so no red or green… how about brown and yellow? soe heres a partridge cut and embossed wrapped in twine with a spreckled pear. The digital stamp is a freebie from The alley way.

red fish

Three challenges today July 1, Simplicity one layer challenge is the wave your flag, use your flag as inspiration. The CASology theme this week is float… I used a great floating fish image from The Alley Way Stamps… and of course the colors of my flag. To make it apply for the Less is more challenge, I added a piece of the bag my onions come in, for the challenge ‘use a recycled item’. I’m including the digital image since the photo wiped out and changed the colors.

pink and purple thanks

Three challenges with this The Alley Way digi- CASe this sketch , Play Date cafe colors Raspberry .Pastel Pink & Lilac ,and Case study theme (triangles). After looking , thought I’d try replacing the thanks with a beautiful sentiment I grabbed from the desert diva. (see it) below. The Less is More challenge is drinks.. so since its the start of winter today therefore pretty cold and snowy most places, how about hot chocolate.? The digi is from The Alley way .Since the card was quick and adding it to Casual Fridays dashing thru the holidays(quick card).
