Ive been wanting to do tea cards again and this design seemed perfect. the only accessory i used was a picture and a Martha Stewart butterfly.
heres the template I followed
Thought I’d put up one more tea card before I start publishing my ‘unfinished -as -yet Christmas cards. The background paper is that pretty g rated linen.
still cannt decide which watermark to use…. here are two of them.
I’m not getting tired of putting these on my blog, However I’m glad the 4th of July is comming up! The background paper is joanns, the words smartworks.
Can one use too much of a good thing?, When it comes to fancy edges most certainly!
I think that although I love the deckle edge maybe it was used too much.
The frame around the teapot and blue behind it is spellbinders nestabilities however I then used my paper cutter deckle blade to to the pick and one more blue frame…
the pink is cuttlebuged little flowers and birds… very subtlely cute. The words are smartworks.
Aren’t red roses pretty, love the little bit of rose at the top of the photo. Here is h 2nd tea photo, and tea card. The sentiment is Smartworks, the yellow background is G-rated glossy linen paper bayered with yellow stazon.
The corners of the photo and border are ticket punched, and teh final touch a ribbon and bow .
