The picture is from my table (the one I set up) at my Catholic Daughters tea last Saturday. you can kind of see the leaves on the table as well as the leaf/wheat wrap for the napkin. the thanks is Stampin’ up, the ovals cut with spellbinders and the leaves cut with a small punch.

the design template from Stampin Royalty is below.

anything but a card day

I know it’s two days late but the Stampin’ Royalty challenge this wednesday was anything but a card. These  are covers for post-it notes that make a nice little gift.  They are stamped  on vellum (I tried craft paper and cardstock but that broke when folded over and over).    I then  cuttlebuged the thanks  and stamped the su flower or just stamped the bird cage.  They are fastened with a small amount of Velcro… the edges done with special edged scissors.   to ‘hide’ the Velcro the bird is colored from behind and the gem was added.

sew lion

Its Saturday morning and I pulled out my penny black stamps and had a lion , i want to use again since it reminds me of my dad, he was a Leo and loved Lion images.   This week, I’ve been meaning to do  a card for the sewing madness from Stampin Royalty challenge so here is a combo card, the flower paper is dcwv and the stitching at the side of the card are cuttlebuggted.

the penny black sketch is below – happy weekend.

The theme for Stampin’ royalty  #35 was rhinestones and pearls  so throwing pearls before swine popped into my head and I have a pig stamp from Stampin’ ups Very Punny set  Tada!. now I am tickled pink, and blue..however  still don’t know what i should have done to all the empty space on the top so i posted this but….. still trying to decided, if i change my mind I’ll post the updated one too.

Monochrome Cielo

Monochromatic neutrals is the Stampin Royality theme so I took a picture of  Cielo and decided to sepia it to put it on a monochromastic card.. The stamp is Stampendous. the squares are cuttlebug into craft paper whit a few background strips and a ribbon. The sketch , shown below, is the challenge  from Skipping Stones Designs, shown below  two challenges in one card.

School days?

The Stampin Royalyt theme Wednesday was school days and i don’t have any appropriate stamps. so this stick figure stamp and a numbers background paper will have to do.

I’m not too  sure what i wold do with this card.

4 buttons

I wanted to enter two challenges but not sure this is just right. since the  Stampin Royalty  was colors and i don’t have all the correct colors so I used with what  I  have that’s close,  and the simplicity was to use colors in a different way, (not sure this applies either)… but it took me several tries  including puttin in score lines with score pal . the challenge colors follow.
