black and white birds
The challenge from Stampin Royalty was to use punches and I love the Stampin up bird punch and need a renewal of vows card…. here it is the white frame from a stamp tv tutorial about using nestabilities to trace a frame. The pears are dew drops.
fishy tuesday
It looks like sea theme again,,, I used Stampin ups ‘Fishy friends’ and a bubble looking envelope to cuttlebug the side background a striped paper, little thank you button, and a finished card.
mojo sandbirds
Its almost beach weather so the Mojo Monday 136 design includes sandpiers from Stampin’ up ‘Shore thing’, a spellbinder-cut sun from the same set , a scalloped accessory, and orange ribbon knotted. the sun was cut with spellbinder blossom. I didn’t use the recommend4ed button since it stuck out too far.
Penny Black 98 frogs 123
Don’t know that i like getting up early Saturday morning but I love my penny black frogs and this is the best way to show them off. Because of the challenge the stamp is penny black colored with twinkling h2os the yellow of course is cuttlebugged, the pink flowers punched and the knot tied. The challenge was 3 flowers, 1 buttons and 1 bow(knot cause I don’t like my bows) bye I’m off to Renaissance Faire….
earth rainy day frog
Its Earth day and its raining in ‘sunny’ southern California, and although the area lakes and ground need mosture, I just don’t like so much rain. Here’s a strip 0f background paper, a stamped frog in rain (by art gone wild) and a paper pieced rain coat. It’s hard to see but there’s a Stampin’ up little ‘thank you’ under the frog. Happy earth day.
Laundry day
Its a cut and past day , the cuts are spellbinder nestabilities labels, the design is the Stampin Royalty challenge. The background paper is from a Cosmo Cricket stack and the cutouts are done with a punch by Emagination. its raining here so even if i dried by line, i couldn’t today.
here’s the sketch for Stampin Royalty 16
Tuesday morning get well
I really wanted to use these inverted scallop circle spellbinders cuts and here is the perfect place… the paper for the cutouts is dcwv and the stamps are two stampin’ up sets ‘curvy verses ‘and’ merci.’
here’s the skcetch i used
Mojo 135 masks
I wanted a mask card for a thank you and this Judikins stamp is only one I have and its not too clear. The masks are embossed, cut with a spellbinder nestability and the button is sewn on and the sentiment is Stampin up. have a nice Monday.
Monochromatic brown frogs
The Penny Black challenge 97 is to create a card in monochrome brown.. Since I have so many stacks of paper I just had to go through and choose the browns. Isn’t the one with the flowers, perfect? I like all my stamps but the frogs are best!
Kiss a frog
The Stampin’ Royalty challenge was to keep it simple sweetie and I just cased a simple card at Simplicity and wanted to include a punched frog. The card is stamped with a blue ‘Stamp in the Hand’ shadow rectangle, then green G-rated grass t and finally a ‘thankyou’ from Stampin up.
KISS a frog has a new meaning here.
