Frog in frame

The TMS challenge this morning is a technique I’ve been meaning to do but didn’t get around to so finally here it is. The stamp is labeled ‘picture show’ … the background paper is from Joann’s and the thanks background is from ‘Lexicon of Love’ by Stampin up. valentine cards

Today I’m posting two valentine cards both with hearts and flowers.

Each card uses different stamps form Sampin’ up sets. The Love image was cuttlebugged and the other circles cut with SU scallop punch.

Valentine birds

The Styles ink One Layer Wonder challenge was two stamps and not sentiment and maybe embossing… i embossed black birds from Stampin up valentine set and then stamped a posh impressions heart. simple here it is. Valentine also fits the everybody art challenge this week.

Mojo monday birthday

I fell in love with this Cuttlebug folder so here it is again. The inspiration is mojo 177 sketch below. The stamped cake is from Stampin’ up’s Happy Memories with added punched balloons & circle and a masked triangle that was inked with a brush. if i make another it will have strings(threads) from the balloons to the hb banner.

Happy birthday mom

Its mom’s birthday, and with a nickname Bea she gets a lot of bees and flowers from me, so here’s a bee for Bea. The embossing is cuttlebug, the flower Stampin up chalked and the bee punched from Martha Stewart. I love all white cards but thought this needed the flower and bee stripes colored…

I’m entering this in the flourishes challenge from my time to craft and the girly challenge from Tip Top Tuesday, and although the stamens are yellow hope this fits into the Less is more challenge too(use pink and black and white).

olw india

For the One Layer Challenge this week we had to use an image, a border, and bling , believe it or now this took over 5 tries and i still don’t like it very much. Some times one’s tools aren’t quite right and its the stamp mounters fauld fault… wish I’d have known how important mounting the borders parallel to the edge was. I may unmount these stamps and put on cling backing but don’t have time this morning.

FYI many comments are suggesting I get a stamp a ma jig, and I have one but forget to use it thanks!!!!!

Welcome Benjamin

The design sketch had a pin but not too sure if it looks a little strange pointing at the stroller. My neighbors had a new baby in December and this is for the welcome gift. The background paper was from a Joann bin and the stamps are from the Stampin up set Fun and fast notes. the design sketch is Mojo Monday 175, see below. The Penny black allsorts challenge blog is male, so i think this fits too.
