The A Day for Daisies theme this fortnight is make it Art Journal~y! so here’s my attempt, using one of ADFD ‘s new catfish images. The quote was grabbed off the web while looking for catfish quotes, but i can’t believe Freud really said that….( think it was just about cigars). I think this kittyfish is sooo cute she makes me happy so I’m entering this in the Less is more challenge This makes me happy!

Tiya-B, this is so funny. I think the “freudie cat(fish)” title is hilarious! What a great play on words. I also enjoy the quote, “Sometimes a catfish is just a catfish.” However, I think your Cat-Fish mermaid isn’t JUST a catfish. With it’s calico kitty top and pink tail, it’s pretty unique. Given how much most cats hate water, I imagine this catfish is a little torn about swimming. =) It might need to see a psychoanalyst like Freud. 😉
