lavender festival

It’s July, time for the 2013 Sequim Lavender Festival July 19, 20, 21, and I usually go to Sequim Washington , but not this year cause I’m working on a project and can’t take the time off right now….. will mis the festival and time with my sister…. but will make it to Sequim later this year.

Did you know Sequim is the lavender capital of North America? In July and August the Lavender farms are all fixed up for visitors… beautiful! If you like the wonderful smelling flowered branches , and everything lavender – oil, branches, soaps, perfume, mixed spice, pictures etc ……. its a great destination.

I grabbed a picture of me and my sister at one of the past festivals to show off the lavender and created a card for Simon says Stamp pin it and CASology – neon.

I just love travelling to Sequim! And the Lavendar Festival (Lavendar Honey is my favorite weakness, honestly like Kryptonite!)
