White seahorse

This is for two challenges the Party Time Tuesday inspiration(see below) which is a sea scene with a sea horse(by Stampin’ up), and the Simon says stamp challenge – all white with the exception of one colored image. I used cuttlebuged dots on vellum attached as a bubbled background, then cut the seahorse with spellbinders nestie , colored the image with chalk and then attached it to the card. here is the image that inspired me at Splitcoaststampers
