This is for two challenges Cupcake inspirations see below and the Penny black Saturday lace and pearls challenge… it for Marie, my Jazzercise instructor’s birthday, the dancer is penny black the cuts are spellbinder nesties the pearls are dew drops.

We use to dance like that, even had the ruffelled tutu. Nice custom job by the foot sticking out, she will feel special with her card. great picture of a cake, now that I haven’t been able to do (YET)
