Birthday Tea

I heard that a friend was being given a tea for her birthday and thought it sounded like a fun way to celebrate.
She like good English tea so much.
Here is a birthday card made with a stamp I have in my collection but don’t know anything about. I cut the circles ,white and red, with my spellbinder, then chopped the bottoms and painted the the teapot, flower and tray with Twinkling H2O’s.
The plaid background came from one of papers I bought from Michaels. The stripped ribbon came from Michaels too. Ribbon adds such a nice finish along with rounding all the corners on the backgrounds.
