I need to make a few thank you cards and enter the Less is More ‘Thats Torn it ‘ , and the Casology ‘Appreciate ‘ challenges, then I choose my new stacked teacups , colored and printed the cups then tore them out and pasted to turquoise card stock for my new thank you cards.

Winter note 2019

The Less is More challenge this fortnight is ‘one layer Winter flora’ and my first thought was poinsettia, so winter and Christmas, but I’m not ready for bred and green Christmas cards quite yet. A pine cone came to mind so I created a winter note card with just a pine cone and it flora needles.

Pumpkin wishes

Just one challenge this morning, the AAA maxi white(cream card stock) space with the twist geometric. I see pumpkins with triangles eyes and diamond mouths and square teeth! Sort off or am i stretching too much?i hope not happy pumpkins!!!

1st Halloween pmkn

Its October 2nd and I’m already posting a Happy Halloween card. The challenges I’m entering today are the Less is More theme Sparkle and Matte, ‘AAA cards’ One layer & Autumn, and since its autumn, it was stamped on Kraft paper. I used the Sketch Saturday sketch, and colors from Color Throwdown . the image is from A day for daisies. on the photo it has a little too much sparkle( glitter), but by itself it looks better.

Blue mermaid

Haven’t posted for several days so decided to do the Color Throwdown challenge. I wanted to use an ocean image and one of my favorite digi stamp makers ‘A day for daisies’ has several mermaids, and I chose this one to create and post a card with lots of blues. Ive added a lot of glitter lately and this is no exception.

dragonfly note

When i saw the casology challenge, I had to make a dragonfly card altho I don’t have a digi i like. These digital stamps are in my collection but dont really like either the dragonfly or cattails, promise my self i.,ll get a great dragonfly stamp if i find one. I’ve always loved watching dragonflies when i see them. They are so delicate and their wings sparkle in the sunlight. heres my entry in the CASOlogy dragonfly challenge.
