I’ve been trying to do sorta Asian cards so i thought I’d redo this cat and fish i did for Color Throwdown. Bamboo was added behind the cute A day for daisies image. Although it isn’t as clean and simple, i really like this one better. HERE Is the first one.

a rose for mom

Two challenges today – the sketch from Tuesday morning sketches and the CASology cue- Ombre. if (you look closely at the rose and stem its light on the bottom and more colorful on top kinda ombre like) Ii used a vintage rose form A Day for Daisies, although the picture isn’t too good the rose is a beauty.

A day for daisies has new vintage operator and phones images. it’s so hard for me not to think of Lily Tomlin (Ernestine) from the years ago Saturday night live ,when i saw this 40’s era operator, i just had have it and her words,, one ringie dingie , two ringie dingie. I used today’s Mojo Monday sketch.

Two challenges this morning.. Less is more Up up and away and the sketch form Cas(e) this sketch… what could be better on a beautiful Saturday morning than a flying frog in pink shorts? I used A day for daisies balloon frog, which is one of my favorite images.

mother snail

its Mojo Monday here’s my entry and an entry using Color Throwdown colors. I used one of my A Day for Daisies snail images and background paper. and ill enter the anything goes in the A day for daisies challenge his fortnight. I used lots of color and patterns today so this card us not so minimalist as the previous few posts.

April hen

its already April 11 and I Haven’t posted in weeks… I’m working on re doing the kitchen in my house…. lots of decisions…Here is my entry in today’s Less is More -One Layer Card and we would like you to include Splatters, and the A day for daisies anything goes challenge.
