moms stems & bee birthday
Today (Feb 4) is my moms birthday so I made a bee card for my mom ‘Bea’. The flowers digital is from A day for Daisies. I’m entering this morning’s Less is More colour challenge., and Its Less is Mores 6th birthday too so happy birthday LIM on your 6th birthday, great new blog face lift too, love it!
3 heart girls
I like hearts, so its easy to make cards around Valentines day. The Casology challenge is YOUTH. Ive used an A Day for Daisy digital stamp with 3 young girls, then paper pieced their dresses and a heart background. The colors are from this weeks Color throwdown.
Valentine jar 2017
I’m using the colors of Color Throwdown to make an entry for a Valentine’s day birthday card. Along with this birthday card i made some thinking of you cards, to include as a little gift. I just changed the sentiment ( in the middle jar’s pink heart). The digital stamp is Valentine jar from Bugaboo digital stamps. its hard to see the glitter on the jar lid and a few of the hearts, but its there and looks good in person. I used Photoshop to put the sentiment heart in the middle of the jar.)

Butterflies&doilies
No stamps just doilies gems and punched butterflies… to make a square card for today’s Mojo Monday..…reminds me of elementary school and making valentines for everyone.
Balloon dog birthday
It’s Recipe week and Less is More is looking for 1 or more balloons. My father taught me to fold balloons into animals, and sometimes I clown around and make balloon animals for friends children( my youngest is in his 30’s) or put one on the table at a restaurant with a tip. My favorite balloon animal is a rabbit, but i don’t have a digital stamp for that. Since balloons are clear, i played with seeing thru the dog for the sentiment. heart clown
I liked this Tuesday morning sketch so much thought another card was ready to be completed. i used an image from A day for Daisies i love and am entering their challenge too -Two or more layers. The multi colored layeres is a designer paper and the read embossed piece was done with a Darcie embossing folder.
snowman makeing
Thought I’d enter AAA cards Winter Chill challenge, the Tuesday Morning Sketches and the colors in Color Throwdown challenge this week. I used a digital stamp from Bugaboo stamps. The background snowflakes were created using the snowflake embossing folder from the Paper Studio. Two kids and a snow and a snowman, three challenges.
MOJO love coffee
On Mondays I usually do a Mojo Monday challenge and since I love digital i was excited to see that there was a Verve love from me digital set download that I could use to create card for mm, yea. ( I don’t know how long the printable have been available but glad i searched today.) love this takeout cup and words! i also entered the Verve Blog since i used their freebie digital set
