Rooster birthday
I got a new rooster stamp, and a new rooster picture from the visit to muy sisters so i put them together in a card for Franks birthday. Dont know if I really like it so ill try more rooster cards later.

Rattlesnake August 1997- August 2009
I said goodbye to my chihuahua today. She was 12 years old and very sick so although I was expecting it , it still hurts. Why rattlesnake? Well, she was a chihuahua from the southwest and rattlesnake was the nickname of my first chihuahua-Poquita. The nickname turned into her given name. What a sweetheart, even throughout her recent battles with diabetes and blindness during the last year. She spent a lot of time at mom and Toms house, and they gave her pleanty of loving care in her last months. Goodbye Rattlesnake.

Have I already said I love this new stampin up set?, I’m sure I did with the lavender, but now I’ll use the resemary! Although its a little washed out the frame is spellbinder polka dot, lve the spice love the frame.

A little monkey business.
I wanted to include some barbecue things but couldn’t find the stamps. My nephew had a barbecue and had a good monkey marinade and grilled the meet wonderfully so I thought i do a monkey grilling for his birthday bu could not find the stamps.

this is a day early, ive been trying to post on odd days but my sons birthday is even so this is for aug 3 not today! I’ve used spellbinder cut/emboss nesties for the ovals. The white swirls are cuttlebug background , the airplane and happy birthday are Stampin’ up, the hb cut with a word punch. The clouds are Stamp in the hand. Lots of products , simple card.

Heres another card I made at my sisters, The butterfly is origami folded. The flowers are punched, the Thank you and flower stems are Stampin up.

It would have been my fathers 89th birthday. He loved classic cars and would have known the make and model of this one, I think he would have liked this card. I used an arrow punch, t corrigated a piece of orange paper and the stamp is inkadinkado, the greetings Stampin up
