new year going to the dogs
It’s The year of the dog so my beauties Cielo, Sisi, and Bella get to pose for another card… Heres a birthday card for a neighbor who watches and feeds them when we are away from the house. its so nice to be able to share puppies with neighbors who will feed them when we are away over a long day.
I made another card with the year of the dog theme for the dry emboss Less is More challenge this week. Just a happy new year and a Darcie embossing folder.

All you need is … cupcakes
Its red and pink card making season… I love to make Valentines cards so here is my 2nd cared this week . Its for three challenges the Less is More music, the AAA cards ‘all you need is love’ and I used the colors of Color throwdown. I can imagine eating a cupcake listening to the Beatles singing all you need is love ( and cupcakes).

The AAAcards challenge is ‘All you need is love’ so a jar full of hearts should fill out the challenge. The stamp is Valentine jar from Bugaboo and the embossing envelope is a Darcie. Several papers were used for for the hearts in jar . Valentine cards are bright and so much fun!
moms bee birthday
This month is Less is mores 7th birthday and their challenge this fortnight is Birthday Music. February 4th happens to be my moms birthday and here are my bee cards for mom(Bea.)
The top showes one is the note cards i made for her to send . this note has a little snip of’ flight of the bumble bee’ music sheet .
valentine ewe 2017
The Less is More challenge this fortnight is a cute one layer card. I’ve always thought the Bugaboo Digi Stamp ewes were toooo cute and I make at least one ewe valentine card every year. on top is the first…. the red glitter looks more blurrie on the picture than in real live. the next card is the LESS card less is sometimes better
spotlight poppies
This month’s The flower challenge is spotlighting so I made two cards spotlighting my favorite flowers – the California(golden ) poppy. to Make the top card I used an embossed background. the card below is not embossed but is a birthday card so its also for the seize the birthday anything goes challenge.
Purple boots 2017
It’s already the 6th and this is my first card this year. The less is More challenge today is purples , I have an aunt who loves purples , therefore she will be getting another mostly purple card . I really like this A Day for Daisies stamp so I grabbed some leather texture and colored the flowers for the theme. By the way the font is called bleeding cowboys, a little messy looking but seems to go with the boot theme.
boxing day fishes
I love to say today is boxing day, it just sounds fun even though I don’t have any servants to give gift boxes. Yes its winter but the ‘coolish’ 65 degree weather here in southern California isn’t anywhere near cold winter weather in most of the rest of the us.
Here is my card for the Less is More sketch challenge this week. I used my newest Aurora wings twogoldfish stamp.
kindness snowman 17
Christmas is fast approaching so its time to think about and make thank-you cards. The Casology cue this week is Kindness , I printed my new Aurora wings digital we love snowman stamp, then colored and pattern pieced two striped cats for a ready thank-you/thinking of you card.
