tangerine wishes
I love tangerine and olive so much I decided to create and enter a 2nd card today for the Less is More’s color challenge . The {lemon) tangerine wedge is from an a day for Daisies citrus image. I colored it and added the tangerine sentiment. then put it in front of my lemon tree for a photo.

Ive created a card for the Less is more color challenge today tangerine and olive by using an A day for daisies flower stamp and coloring it in the required colors.

This Sunday’s card uses Sketch Saturday’s 333 sketch since this week’s Sketch Saturday Challenge is is you ‘choose any sketch from the archivel’. Their sponsor is Oddball Art Co so I scanned Odball Art Co site digis and liked the jars so i bought the digi used the jar with stars to make an Independence Day card , printed and colored it, cut it out and tied it to a card with embossed stars from a Darcy embossing folder. I entered it in the odd ball Joes scrap shack challenge too.

On this warm summer day im entering just one challenge this afternoon, I’ve made a card using the Sketch Saturday sketch. I used a watermelon stamp from ‘a day for Daisies by stamping and coloring a watermelon on a tag and then uncolored stamps at the bottom for a background . What is more summertime than watermelons?

Ive decided to enter two challenges this afternoon, the colors of Color Throwdown and The Casology challenge ‘bear.’.. I only have a few bear stamps so I used this cute ‘mushroom bear’ I have had a long time from Crafty Sentiments (and changed the mushroom he was sitting on to grass.) since i used ( and altered) their stamp) thought i’d enter the Crafty Sentiments blog anything goes challenge too!

On this beautiful summer day i made a birthday card for challenges CASOLOGY- Jumpy and i used the colors from Color throwdown. I m using my favorite animal , and also my favorite jumpy animal a tree frog ( form an day for daisies digital). I put him ona pretty pink, hot pink and peach leaves background. at the same time i also made a ‘hoppy notes’ card with the same images.

The Less is More theme this week is friendship, and this cute A Day for Daisies stamp is what i thought when presented this theme.. the sentiment is from the Desert Diva. the day is beautiful so after posing this ill be outside enjoying this summer day.

Two challenges this evening. The cue from Casology – farm and I used blue, black, and white, the colors from Color Throwdown. The Farm critter stamp is from Bugaboo Digital Stamps , (there were a rabbit, a bird, and a bug on the pig but i didn’t use them). I don’t remember the origin of the balloons and the sentiment is from The Desert Diva… she shares so many of her sentiments, and they are so creative. I will use this a birthday but it could be used for so many other occasions.

I’m entering three challenges today, AAA’s 4th birthday celebration , Seize the birthday anything goes and AAA – squiggle. Its easy to come up with a theme for Faye since she really likes unicorns. a pretty unicorn is rainbow colored and note its standing on a little bit of squiggle grass.
