Welcome Benjamin

The design sketch had a pin but not too sure if it looks a little strange pointing at the stroller. My neighbors had a new baby in December and this is for the welcome gift. The background paper was from a Joann bin and the stamps are from the Stampin up set Fun and fast notes. the design sketch is Mojo Monday 175, see below. The Penny black allsorts challenge blog is male, so i think this fits too.

Love ya

The Cupcake Inspiration challenge is valentine (wish had valentine buttons… will look for some) and I wanted to use a new stamp I just bought from Unity Stamp Company… added a few heart brads and colored in the hearts with a Micheal’s version of stickles glitter color..(its a lot cheaper), seems to work as well. The corners were rounded of the green frame… the white frame was of course cut with a nestie and then colored by me.

happy birthday violet

A birthday card for Violet( shes one) really for her mom.

Its also a Penny black challenge (the butterfly is penny black) and i included buttons, vlowers and a ribol for the rest of the challente the sketch is from theEverybody art challenge although its not as close to the sketch(see below) as i usually get.

the happy birthday and violet stamps are Stampin up, the rounded squeare are cut with spellbinders.

mojo fishes

Just another Mojo Monday or is it? Here’s my entry.. the stamp is a seahorse from Stampin’ ups set Fishy Friends. The punched sea horses by Martha Stewart, the swirls by cuttlebug and the frame nestabilities. yes it is one of my standard format but still its kinda of cute, see the mojo sketch below

Hot cocoa anyone?

The daily dare 9th day of Christmas challenge was a hot beverage… and with the cold Winter weather i felt hot cocoa was just perfect… both the cup marshmallows and steam are from the Stampin up set Thanks a latte.

Butterfly wishes

This is for the Mojo Monday challenge shown below… This sympathy card for my friend Barbara , who just lost her mother. Barbara and Pat are members in my Catholic Daughter court and were both so involved in all our activities, her mom will be missed by all of us. The butterfly cut and embossed with spellbinder and the sentiment is Stampin up.

Merry Christmas Bedlington Terrier

This stamp is of a dog I had when i was young, her name was Bonnie, Bendlingtons are such pretty dogs… put her in front of a Stampin up tree. The back ground is cuttlebug and the shapes cut with spellbinder.

accessories

Both Tuesday challenges Tuesday morning sketches and tip top Tuesday have accessories as the theme so here’s a Christmas with robins nest dots and a ribbon(i’m not big on accessories and just couldn’t find more this morning) the ornaments are cut with spellbinders and the sentiment is hero arts. there is also a little dcwv papers peeking out the backgrounds.

oh holy night

The All sorts challenge was light… and it was to include a candle but I think the star is definitely a light and Jesus is the light of the world,not to mention the Christmas season and his halo is a light too so two out of three ain’t bad, or is it? The stamp is oh holy night by Inkadinkado and the swirls are cuttlebuhed on the navy paper, the shape is a Spellbinder nestie die.
