Blue andbrown butterflies
a card with only the sentiment stamped… is something missing… hope not. The sentiment is hero arts the background paper-DCWV stack, a a tied knot,d and spellbinder cut nestie frame . The challenges are Party Time Tuesday sketch and Everybody art challenge brown and blue.
Frank’s birthday
Its Mojo Monday time and I really needed a sketch for Franks birthday card, and I wanted post a crd for Penny Black Saturday– touchy feelie- the raised embossing, the ribbed ribbon, & the layers, and Top tip Tuesday– straight edges, although I cut frames with a spellbinder die the squares have all straight edghes! 3 challenges for early Monday morning, sometimes it good to get up early.
Mondays can be fun.
White seahorse
This is for two challenges the Party Time Tuesday inspiration(see below) which is a sea scene with a sea horse(by Stampin’ up), and the Simon says stamp challenge – all white with the exception of one colored image. I used cuttlebuged dots on vellum attached as a bubbled background, then cut the seahorse with spellbinders nestie , colored the image with chalk and then attached it to the card. here is the image that inspired me at Splitcoaststampers
Ginger in red
Its Saturday and this is for two challenges Penny black Saturday– any thing goes and Allsorts challenge blog red card. the stamp is a penny black stamp called ginger, i chalked the hair and skin and coptic the dress, added background paper and ribbon..the design is cut with a spellbinder.,
Cherry on top
The Stampin b’s design team challenge this week was a square birthday card with paper piecing. I used background paper from a stack, scraps for the pieing, cut with my spellbinder dies and added a ribbon. the stamps are form marks finest papers. i think the cupcake should be blackforest- a chocolate cupcake with cream filling and a cherry on top… yum!
Penny black background
The challenge was to make a Penny black background. Although it doesn’t make since to have a cat with balloons background at a mouse party….. here it is . The cat, mice, and sentiment are from penny black clear sets. The frame is cut from spellbinder nesties and surprise surprise I chalked the marching mice images.
delightful dogs
The design is from Tuesday morning sketches(below) and the theme of My Time to Craft was delightful dogs and these smARTworks dogs fit the theme. I stamped each dog then masked it, then stamped the next on a scrap, die cutcut the dogs and frame with spellbinders nesties. I added a dog charm and 3 cute paw prints.
LLL birthday
Sorry i didn’t post altho i knew i i was going on vacation… the time ran away and there I was without access to my blog.
I was in Sequim Wa. visiting my sister… it was great altho the weather was cool and cloudy(not usual for July even in the rain shadow of the north west…. more on Sequim and Lavender later. Couldn’t get on Mojo0 monday… ill post that tonight if i see it today.
This is for Crafts 4 eternity shape a card- the vw is print works and the sentiment Stampin up, the sparkel is Spreckles on the bumpers. I’ll post more tonight. this also works for Simon says stamp challange– shape cards!

Mom needed a house warming card for Carol. The stamps are from Stampin up. The background is stamped with microglase then over stamped with an ink pad( kind of resist inking). I then stamped the furniture cut it with a nestie then cut a frame out of the bigger nestie. added a ribbon finishes the card.
