Hoppy Easter checks

The penny black challenge is to use checks… and I couldn’t find my pastel checks so the red and blue go behind the spring /Easter card I wanted to make. It’s stamped with virsamark and colored with chalks then the eggs filled in with stickles although you can see in the picture. The ‘hoppy’ stamp is darcie.

Bees and butterflies

guess what? found yet another challange its using penny black stamps my favorites especially the frogs!!!, but this challenge is bees and butterflies so here they are as part of my Spring/Easter stash!

the stamp is penny black colored with chalks and the ovals are spellbinder nestabilities and the butterflies are a little punch I have. the bacground paper is from a stack i have. I hve a clear happy easter not sure whose.

Tuesday morning sketch 39

I found another challenge blog so this is my entry for both Tuesday morning sketches and Stampin royalty. The stamp is a Penny Black painted with twinkling h2o’s and the edge is a Martha Stewart punch, the clear/yellow dots are birds nest. the background paper is from a stack titled ” me and my big ideas” . the flower is a little punch. a lot of little goodies for a cute Easter card.

Happy birthday Margeau

I just couldn’t help myself, I saw all these French images in my stamp room and they screamed ” make a birthday card for Margeau” I’ve been waiting to make it and its late. used cuttlebug flurs de leis, , penny black oh la la and the happy birthday stamp. is printworks . happy birthday Caron

I really like this penny black snowman i made for my sister’s birthday so i made a thank you for a friend who collects snowmen.

This is the card for my sisters birthday. The scarf matches the scarf i gave her for her birthday,

the hat and scarf are cut out- paper pieced and the snow flakes are cuttlebuged onto the card after it was stamped.

Easter 09

I love the cute Penny Best stamps aren’t they cute!

This is a bunny in a hat box, don’t know what she did with the hat but now she’s paying with ab bee. it watercolored with twinklingh2o’s

The background is a cuttlebug pink and a paper from Tuesday morning close out. I added punched flowers and robin nest little clear stones.

Hoppy Easter

Bees and Bunny

Its already Easter week and here’s my first card. My brother loves Easter bunny cards so the first card has a cute bunny and two bees.(Hi mom). (none of the stamps are Stampin up, so ignore the watermark) Its water colored with twinkling h2o’s and I added a little bit of yellow stickles to the center of the flowers for a little sparkle.

The bunny and bees is a Penny black stamp and the sentiment is Printworks.

thank you Mel

thanksmelw I know the dancers are recently used but they were perfect for this thank you card. Is for the leader of tthe Jazzercise group that has doen a lot for our future halftime show (we get to Jacercise for 3 minutes during halftime of a basketball game) this saturday). Mel has done a lot to make the show very exciting. The stamp is PennyBlack from ’12 days of Christmas’ and the thanks are a cuttlebug envelope. The red and black borders are spellbinder.
