Trudy sympathy

thankmoow1 Went to a Chinese new year lunch yesterday and thought I give the planners thank yous. The cows are my Michael’s dollar bin stamp and the background paper is from and the cutouts are done by spellbinder label 1 DCWV Asia pad.

In a pear tree

1st day card

Thought I’d do the 12 days of Christmas but as always I procrastinated and it is after Christmas and I haven’t finished them soo… I’ll go up to 5 this year and maybe more in 09.

This was an easy first with a beautiful stamp In a pear tree form Stampin’ up. The partrage is cut out and ther is a simple background paper.

The words are Penny black

Happy Birthday Ellen

So many cupcakes so few birthdays…

The Stampin’ up set is So many scallops cut out with the Stampin’ up flower/scallop punch.

The cupcakes both cutout and background are perfectly clear stamps from Stampendous

Yellow Butterfly

My mother wanted a pretty sympathy card, so used my spellbinder to cut out and emboss them, love that option. one butterfly is glued over the other wit a slight offset. The card is one of the DCWV boxed sets sold a Michale’s that are square and already embossed, the white dots is so soothing. The wings are glittered with stickles, as easy way to apply sparkles.
