The penny black challenge this week was Love is and I have this wonderful PB frog stamp so i fit it in.. chalked the frogs cut with a nestie and embossed the red background with a cuttlebug heart folder added a bow and a few hearts…. wallah simple cure froggie card.

Not much here i used dcwv paper fro the background and cut a penguin out and pasted on card stock for the closure. cute and simple!

simply frog

The simplicity – One Layer Wonder Challenge was what really got you hooked on stamping? I guess although I love the idea that i didn’t have to draw to craft cards, it was the embossing that hooked me… my favorite stamps were frogs and my most favorite stamp set is “unfroggetable” by Stampin up… so here’s my entry embossed in black colored with twinkling h2’os. back to the beginning i guess

frog in snow

Let it snow let it snow let it snow…. that’s easy to say when it was 80 outside yesterday… but snow is the theme of the Penny Black Saturday challenge.. and i couldn’t find my penny black winter stamps today…. maybe i need to clean mu stamp room?

The frog is Penny black, the snowglobe ,flakes , and ‘joy’ are Stampin up. The background paper is from a stack.. i like snow cards better than snow.

i added a ribbon to it for mojo monday… is it better?

Happy birthday roxi

I want to the greatest party yesterday. Melissa invited her friends and dogs to a birthday Barbecue she had a largte3 area fenced in so it was a dogie free for all, What a great time, burgers, chips, drinks and doggies running everywhere. my two Sisi and Bella fit right in , there were Yorkshires, chihuahuas, dachshunds… and???don’t remember the rest..

my Bella had her birthday Friday and there was another birthday dog and another Bella at the party, so many little dogs… so many birthdays, so little time to enjoy it all!
