red turtle

Color throwdown’s colors are gray, red saffron and vanilla… good colors for a turtle card. The turtle is from Cornish Heritage farms(and they call it a tortious). Did you see i sticlked his red eyes? This qualifies for Heart Song Inspirations – gold or glitter since the background is saffron/gold in color and the trutles eyes were(glittered) stickeled.

Thank you tags

This is for 4 challenges Party Time Tuesday – thanks and a sketch, Crafts 4 Eternity colors gray, lilac, and green, My Time to Craft -take 2 and Tip Top Tuesday and casual Friday tags. The flowered paper is recollections the tag stamp Stampin up, and the lilac paper embossed with cuttlebug.

Rectangles

One can always use birthday cards here’s one with today’s cupcake inspiration theme. I stamped the rectangles in black and red, cut a frame and then scored squares on the yellow card… dont know the make of the stamp. didnt ike the first card so i made a 2nd I like better…

Penny Polar bear

autumn days

Since I reached my 50,000 it looks like i just don’t need to blog so much and yes that’s true but really Ive had a lot going on so I may put fewer up this month… this is for cupcake inspirations, Marks finest speedy challenge – Autumn or winterand of course since its monday Mojo Monday. background papers are kc & co stamp is marks finest colored with chalk & pens dont know the little stamp maker, happy monday.

Wrap like an Egyptian

This is a card for the Case Study challenge both the Pink cat studio mummy dog and the frame are cut with spellbinders nesties.

and here is the story. The week before Halloween I decided that wrapping my chihuahuas like mummies would be great costumes… so me and mom bought some gauze bandage and wrapped the dogs. You can see they didn’t look like mummies they looked like dogs that just had some kind of accident and were bandaged, the card is a picture of the first wrapping i included a picture of me and A’lan wrapping after the sox and you can see the Halloween cards I finally posted… the secret is my son suggested putting a white sweater(sox with holes) first then wrap them… don’t they look much better?. note Cielo is in this card cause she was at her house and i didn’t have her the day before Halloween to rewrap. pictures of the wrapping follow.

red frog

This is for Susan’s One Layer Wonder which was posted late then i forgot it so Im doing it at the last minute… the challange was red and white… i did a red/white frog and when i put white on red i emboss and it’s a little smuggy..i need to practice this.
