pink unicorn birthday

pin-k-unicorn-bd Today’s Less is More challenge is the colors of Neapolitan. I love the chocolate , but the strawberry and vanilla better tasting since chocolate ice cream is usually not a full chocolate flavor for me. I colored the Spyders corner unicorn stamp image, pink with brown grass, then added stickles to the tail and mane.

reaching-fairy-17 Yesterday’s Less is more theme is Shimmer, how about the shimmer of fairy wings? i thought, so i grabbed my ‘A day for daisies’ reaching fairy, colored the image and added Stickels to add shimmer to her wings and dress.

happy Mother’s day chickens

The day before Mother’s day seems like a good time to create a mother’s day card. The Less is More theme today is spots and stripes one layer. I love paper piecing especially using papers with spots or stripes. The stamp is from Tiddly links.

The top card is a general purpose….. always need a few of those and the next is the one for Mothers day(yes i know i left the ” off the card…. oh well).

Lemonade&vodka

lemonade&vodka This Saturday morning I attended a party with many friends to celebrate 75th anniversary of the founding of Court Our Lady of Victory ,my Catholic Daughter court . I’ve been a member for 16 years, but several members have 50+ years in this great national service organization.. Just a few months ago we lost Mary, our last charter member.

Now I’m home and ready to enter the Less is more color challenge– yellow and grey. By the way i like lemonade without vodka but i really liked this sentiment.

shy giraffe shadows

shygiraffe-shadows It’s Saturday and I have time to enter the Less is more challenge this week. Less is more has the lucky dip theme – shadow. I used a a Sami stamps Shy Giraffe stamp, and created shadows for the tree and giraffe in Photoshop elements.

Tiger lily greetings

tigerlily-17 Its been a week since i posted, i was away at my cousins for Easter. Had a great time with Pam and her husband Bruce. We were in college together and have had may Family gatherings and being together is always great !

Framed giraffe

Another framed card for the Less is more challenge this week. its one of my A Day for daisies image of a cute flower eating giraffe. Although I’m pretty sure bamboo and giraffes are not usually together, i love this leafy branchy background!
