Today is my Sister’s birthday so here’s her card…. it reminds of when she tells me she has taken her chihuahua in the snow do her duty…. and although i know this is more snow than she gets, and i know my sister would not wear such a heavy coat, but when i saw this stamp from Mo’s digital pencil, i knew i needed it ! Happy birthday Caron. i’ll enter the card in Simon Wednesday challenge – winter and the CASology challenge – snow!

vintage tree

This weeks CASology cue is old... When i viewed the designer cards I saw them associating it with birthday ages and old jokes but I’m thinking more about an old design. since i have an A day for Daisies vintage tree digital stamp. Vintage is old, right? I paper pieced the card in Photo Shop elements and was able to use my digital papers for both the wallpaper and the gifts. It’s hard to see in my photo I sprecked(glitter stuff) the top- of -the0 tree star and both ladie’s hair, then printed it, backed it with a red frame and put it on a cream card… yes i do digital cards but most of them turn into actual cards too.

many ladybugs

Two challenges this morning.. the sketch by Tuesday Morning sketches and the theme from CASology- grass.. the image is form Dearie doll digies.

I love lady bugs and dots.. as many of my past card shows yes another doted ladybug card. i love looking at cards submitted to challenges since when a subject is presented there are so many interpretations… my first thought for grass was a digital grass image like this one, but please go over to CASology and see what grass suggested to the other entries!
