beaded mermaid
Three challenges this morning the sketch form Cas(e) this sketch, the colors from Color Throwdown and the use beads or pearls challenge from A day for Daisies... i didn’t use a bead i used purple glittery sprickles to paint one on her.
moms rose garden 2016
The Less is more challenge today is ‘What’s outside your window’ and since I’m at mom ‘s house today , her rose garden is a good subject. The digi is vintage cut roses from A day for Daisies ( to look like moms bush, I added a bunch of leaves since it only had 2 in the original digi).
This is my view having breakfast this morning..
here is the rose bush outside.
hoppy day
Two challenges the Mojo Monday sketch and the Colourq colors and my favorite theme frogs(and St Patrics day). the stamp is from Samistamps i know he’s silly but fun…
by the way here’s my sentiment if you want it save it!
D&D Birthday wishes
The Less is more theme this week is One layer sentiment and i just cant think of a great sentiment so I’m having a problem with that and I decided to finally make my niece an nephew a belated birthday card. ( Yes they are twins and he’s really not that tan.) The image is from Bugaboo stamps and I think it might be a valentine card but it looked like teenage twins to me.
lemonslice thanks
I love my moms Meyer lemon tree and with the Less is More colour challenge today – is citrus, so I couldn’t help but think of lemons…. used an A day for daisy lemon slice digital stamp filled in colors added background splashes and a thank you. see the tree in the background.
Since less is more how about a lesser one? I don’t know if 4 less slices and no splach of lolor makes it better, does it?
colorq seaboy
I wanted to make a card with the Colourq colors this week… so i grabbed the cute Oceans Prince , an A Day for Daisies merman image. Theb colored it in PS elements, printed , then added a little glitter in his wings, the bubbles and the bird and created a card, isn’t it cure?
and for my 2nd card I used another A Day for Daisies image for the adfd challenge -add a dimensional flower.
The image is ofcourse an A Day for Daisies... Daisy window , the flower is two yellow punches from a Fiscars flower punch , with a black Fiscar punched flower – petals folded down to make the center. ( I wanted it to look like the digital flower in the adfd image so the folded punched black flower center looks just right!
plaid ewe 3-16
Two challenges this morning using the Sketch Saturday sketch and this months one layer simplicity challenge to ‘let green March in’. Since i chose green thought the Bugaboo ewe would be a perfect image…. I love to paper piece in ps elements and the ewe looks so good in plaid!
