My son Darrel just bought a house, this is a house warming/ Christmas card. The white snowflake border is from the Martha Stewart punch and the paper DCWV, the stamp is stampin up, and the design Mojo Monday 118.

I really like blue cards, the scene is real house warming material, good job. Darrell sounds real happy with his purchase, now to fill it with good things and happiness
