Another housewarming card for my niece Sunni. She just moved in to her first house. The card published Sunday was for my mom to send her. This one is mine. The background is the cuttlebug folder congratulations. The stamp is from a garage sale and I don’t know who made it. The side congratulations is highlighted with chalk.

Love this.I don’t know if Sunni has seen it. I’m sure she has, but just in case she has not will inform her about it.
