Today’s One Layer Wonder theme is gratitude , and this weeks My Time To Craft challenge this week is black and white and another color so this thank you would qualify for both you The stamp is from Tiffanys doodles colored in PS elements.

So pretty…but I have to ask if it’s one layer? Is the yellow border stamped or layered? It’s hard to tell from the scan, but either way, it’s sure pretty!!!!
