Save the Eagle Day

flowers and scallops

Looking at the challenges it must be scallop and flower day. Everybody Art challenge is flowers, My Time to Craft is scallops Tuesday morning sketches is below and Top Tip Tuesday is flower frenzy. the stamps are Verve and Marks finest papers , added a gold ribbon and a scallops behind the background and flower circle.

AARGH!

OK… I took a picture of my mom with an eye patch and what else could I do but photo shop the picture and make the patch black and then do a pirate card? The stamp set is from Posh/Sunday international Easy mount. I sorta followed Mojo Monday 180(see below) and since I like to use pictures in my cards as one of my favorite techniques I’m entering this for Top Tip Tuesday. AAARRRRGH!

Winged frog thanks

Good morning, I think I’m back into card making… this card is for 4 challenges… my usual Tuesday Morning Sketches(see below), A thank you for Penny black at all sorts, the Daily Dare- the 10 day of Christmas something with wings, and top tip Tuesday… something with metal( the brass brads!). The frog is Penny Back,. the wings… an unknown butterfly and the thank yous hero arts… I masked the frog and stamped the butterfly behind to look like fro wings…. does it?
